Salary Negotiations for Women

$29

with Lee Heffner

Calendar May 14, 2019 at 6 pm, runs for 1 week

Please Note: The date for this class has changed from what was listed in our Winter/Spring brochure. The new date is Tuesday, May 14.

You’ve heard about the gender pay gap. You can help close the gap by learning to negotiate your salary as you move through your career. Women with careers statistically and consistently earn 25% less than male career counterparts.  Learn your market, learn how to determine salary, and most importantly learn to negotiate the salary commensurate to the job, not your gender.

Lee Heffner, Executive Vice President for two technology companies and Global Project Manager for the largest international law firm, frequently served as the only woman on executive committees. She had the good fortune to have a mentor who helped guide her through the male-dominated arena of career path and associated compensation.
